BWIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS INC. a Vancouver, Canada based wireless company is excited to announce the acquisition of its corporate division by TELUS Corp today.

BWireless began selling cellular phones out of the trunk of a car in 1988 and for three decades successfully grew into one of Canada’s largest TELUS partners, building both a chain of TELUS Retail Stores (including the TELUS Flagship Store in Vancouver) as well as a highly successful corporate division.

TELUS Corp acquired the retail division of BWireless in 2013 and through this transaction have completed the acquisition of all of BWireless’ telecom business.

Emil begins his new role as President of Enterprise Asset Management Systems Inc. (EAMS), and will now focus his efforts on growing an exciting SaaS-based managed mobility platform SIMPLIFY WIRELESS, providing a holistic approach to helping organizations large and small to maintain their wireless operations properly and reduce waste and unnecessary expenses.

With over 80,000 wireless subscriptions already under management (including Provincial Governments and Fortune 500 companies in Canada), Emil will lead EAMS through its first capital raise as it seeks to expand operations in Canada and abroad.
